1. Red, White & Brew Iced Coffee Float

Your favorite iced coffee just got a star-spangled upgrade. This frosty treat is sweet, creamy, and buzzing with summer energy—basically a firework in a glass! 

Fuel List:

Cold brew or strong chilled coffee - Shop The flavor you want here

Vanilla ice cream

Whipped cream

Fresh strawberries or raspberries


Crafting the Creation:  Pour cold brew into a tall glass (we love using La Crema’s Strawberry Shortcake or Neapolitan). Add a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh red and blue berries for a firework finish!!

Pro tip: Serve in mason jars with red-and-white striped straws for extra fun 


2. Coffee BBQ Rub for Grilled Meats

Who knew coffee could be the secret to next-level BBQ? This bold, smoky dry rub is packed with flavor and perfect for everything from ribs to veggies

Fuel List:

2 tbsp finely ground coffee (For an extra kick, go with our Bourbon Blend or French Roast Colombian.)

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Crafting the Creation: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and rub generously on your choice of meat. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes before grilling—perfect time to sip a delicious cup of La Crema coffee 🙂. Cook to your perfect temperature and enjoy the rich, caramelized crust from the coffee and sugar combo.

3. Star-Spangled Espresso Martini Slush

Slushy, boozy, and totally extra—this cocktail brings the bang before the fireworks even start. Sip responsibly… or at least stylishly. 😏

Fuel List:

1 shot of espresso or strong brewed coffee 

1 oz vodka

1 oz coffee liqueur

Ice

Splash of vanilla or caramel  (optional)


Crafting the Creation:  Blend all ingredients until slushy. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with festive sugar rims, coffee bean or a tiny sparkler stirrer! Let the party start! Prefer it booze-free? We got you. - Mix coffee with chocolate milk, ice, and a dash of caramel syrup!


4. Firecracker Mocha Mousse Cups

Little cups. Big flavor. These layered mousse desserts are light, chocolatey, and coffee-kissed—aka dangerously delicious. Bonus: you can make them ahead of time, so all that’s left to do is impress everyone.

Fuel List:

1 cup heavy cream

¼ cup strong brewed coffee (try Chocolate Lava Cake, Cookies n Cream or S’mores)

1 cup melted chocolate chips

Crushed Oreos or graham crackers

Whipped cream

Red, white & blue sprinkles

Crafting the Creation: Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the coffee and cooled melted chocolate until smooth. Layer with crushed cookies in individual cups. Chill for 1–2 hours, then top with whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles. Everyone will LOVE LOVE these!

Optional: Add a chocolate-covered espresso bean on top, I mean why not 🙂
