At La Crema Coffee Company, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh just for you — which means we’re unable to accept returns on coffee or other perishable items. Freshness matters, and we craft each order with care from roast to doorstep.
That said, your satisfaction truly matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order — like receiving the wrong item or something arriving damaged — we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
